Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This is an onsite, full-time position based at our Blackburn office.

We welcome applications from individuals currently on the Skilled Worker Visa in other companies or those on the Graduate Route.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Knowledge of the Blackburn and North West UK business landscape is a plus.

  • Candidates on a Skilled Worker Visa or Graduate Route are highly encouraged to apply.
